Document packets
Document packets bundle job files for a specific recipient or workflow. Use them for customer-safe attachments, insurance claim support, or external provider review.
Sensitive files
Do not include internal-only notes, unrelated customer records, payment processor secrets, or files that the recipient should not inspect.
Secure links
Send packet links only to intended recipients and revoke stale links when the packet changes. A new packet or refreshed link is better than reusing an outdated one.
Provider responsibility
Barker helps route files and record activity, but external providers remain responsible for their own review, signature, carrier, permitting, and compliance workflows.
